This beginner-friendly clinic is open to anyone, with no previous experience required. Starting at 2:00 p.m., a Master Athlete will lead participants through the main stations of the Heavy events, including the caber toss, stone put, weight for distance, weight over bar and hammer throw. Learn the basics, try the equipment and discover what makes Highland Games competition so much fun.
